My son lived in Los Angeles, and has an old 1998 Toyota Tercel . He hadn't had it serviced in a long time, and it needed a lot of work.
He was in San Diego for a weekend, and John's Auto Service was able to fit him in the same Saturday, do a lot of work on his car, and return it to him the same day. They told him which items were the biggest priority, what should be done next, and when. The woman at the reception desk was friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable about cars, and we proceeded from there. The work was done expertly. They are very organized and all records are on the computer.
They also send periodic reminder postcards indicating suggested services and when they should be performed.
This is a business that is obviously a profession--and not just a job. I would (and have) recommended them to friends. You can't go wrong with John's. It was a terrific experience. They restored my faith in auto repair service. We won't take the car anywhere else!As I said above, it was a terrific experience. They restored my faith in auto repair service.
